Our founder Mr. Dilip Charegaonkar did his M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry (By Research) from Mumbai University in 1974. He then worked for two pharma companies in Q.C. and R & D (Analytical) before quitting his job in Nov. 1978. Initially, he used his knowledge as an analytical chemist to make many import substitutes and to sell Alltech’s GC/LC accessories and Camag TLC Products. From 1985, Mr. Dilip Charegaonkar branched our on his own, dedicating his life to Thin Layer Chromatography.

Today, is the result of a committed team, extraordinary achievements in HPTLC analysis, a huge investment in application lab (started 1989 !). Following a set of self imposed and a clear vision, Anchrom stands apart in the lab equipment dealers community. Such heights could be reached by equally committed and specialized Principals and support of Chromatographers, from every corner of India.
